Considering a purchase at Auction?
These days it's necessary to protect yourself! The Theft Library can help you.
By Searching the Theft Library, you will be able to find out if the item you're interested in has been reported to the Theft Library as stolen.
- You would ask the seller to provide you with the Serial Number or other identifying number such as VIN number.
- You would use that number to search the Theft Library for a match. If a match is found, please help the person who reported it stolen by telling them where you saw that item for sale.
